1. Students will be able to successfully calculate an average atomic mass based off of isotopic data.
2. Students will successfully calculate the average atomic mass of Candium.

A container holding a mixture consists of the following:

57Peanuts    21Raisins    128Granola Pieces    83Oatmeal Pieces

What percentage of this mixture is Granola?

Warm-Up: (Part 2)

What would the average atomic mass be for element "X" with the following isotopic data:

                   42X = 25.0 %      43X = 5.00 %      46X = 70.0%

Mass of X-42 = 42.512 amu
Mass of X-43 = 43.195 amu
Mass of X-46 = 46.231 amu
