Objectives:
Students will explore mole ratios and their use in quantifying chemical reactions.

Warm-Up
Practice using dimensional analysis to convert the following values:

1. 90.0 ft = ? in    2. 8.50 hrs = ? sec
    (12 in = 1 ft)        (60 sec = 1 min) and (60 min = 1 hr)

3.  0.750 moles CaCl2 = ? grams CaCl2                                                      (molar mass = 110.98 g/mol

4.  575 grams Fe(NO3)2 = ? moles Fe(NO3)2
     (molar mass = 179.87 g/mol)
