1. Students will explore concepts and vocabulary related to taking measurements in a science laboratory.

2. Students will be able to accurately take a measurement.

Warm-Up: 

Part 1- Briefly describe the process of water displacement for determining the volume of an object? (research if needed)

Part 2 we will do AFTER we go over the Measurement Self-Discovery Activity and discuss Uncertainty in Measurement.

Part 2- Look at the following images and take your measurement.
